The MSP - 80 is a light and compact, high capacity, hydraulic drive, cetrifugal pump and is designed for a wide range of products such as Chemicals, Acids, Solvents, Petroleum products, Crude Oil, Edible Oils.

The pump impeller is keyed directly to the hydraulic motor shaft enabling a very compact design. Between the hydraulic motor and the pump impeller is a double mechanical seal arrangement to ensure a proper segregation between the hydraulic and product side.

All parts exposed to the cargo are made of AISI 316L or PTFE. The pump has a maximum diameter of 250mm and can be utilised via a standard 12” tank cleaning hatch. The pump can be driven by a ship’s hydraulic system or by means of a portable powerpack. As standard, the pump is delivered with an 18m concentric hydraulic hose with a Start - Stop valve at the other end.

"The optional equipment for easy switching between 200 and 300 bar. The switch-over device enables breathing air cylinders to be filled with both 200 bar and 300 bar.

For optimum limiting of the operating pressure, each of the two pressure ranges is protected with a type-tested final pressure safety valve. High-quality high-pressure filling hoses made from food-safe and long-life hose material make for flexible and safe handling. Swivel hose connections enable the filling valve to be connected to the breathing air cylinder quickly, easily and safely.

This makes things infinitely more convenient for the operator, as there is no longer any need for the time-consuming process of draining condensate manually at regular intervals."

The high performance pressure reducer assembly of the Dräger PAS AirPack 1 is incorporated in the main pneumatic manifold assembly located behind the control panel. Functioning at inlet pressures of 200 or 300 bar the reducer provides a controlled outlet operating medium bar-pressure supply of 8 bar nominal. (6 to 10 bar). A pressure relief valve, incorporated into the manifold, ensures that any ‘over pressure’ (possible failure of the reducer) will not enter the mediumpressure airline system.
